Or we can simply provide you with a few hours of professional consulting to help you with key design elements. We work with your existing builder or we can bring in our trusted and talented building team.

There are dozens if not hundreds of decisions you have to make from the exterior selections including brick, stone, shakes, roofing, windows and doors to the interior finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, trim details, paint colors and more. By providing our years of expertise and experience, we help you make smart decisions the first time, to stay on schedule and within budget. When it comes to furnishings, accessories and decor, we take into consideration your existing inventory and how/where it will work in your new home. Upon your request, we can source and shop for new furnishings, window coverings and more to blend and coordinate with your existing pieces.

When it’s time to move into your new home, we offer move-in assistance. Our amazing design team will help you unpack, organize and style any and all rooms in your home. We’ll place your furniture, hang your artwork and place your accessories. That way you can enjoy your new home immediately without the mess and the stress.
